Users must provide correct identity details. Anonymous consultations are not permitted.
Medeze may store consultation data (chat, video, prescriptions) and maintain records for legal, medical, and operational purposes.
Prescriptions are issued only at the clinician’s discretion. Certain medications may not be prescribed online as per applicable laws.
Clinicians may decline consultation, recommend in-person consultation, or discontinue service if deemed clinically necessary.
Services depend on internet and system availability. Medeze does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Medeze shall not be liable for medical outcomes, misinterpretation of advice, technical failures, or any indirect or consequential damages.
All payments must be made as per platform pricing. Refunds, if any, are governed by Medeze’s refund policy.
All platform content, branding, and technology belong to Medeze and cannot be reused without permission.
Medeze reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
