Data Storage and Hosting

User data is stored securely on Amazon RDS (MySQL) and files are stored on Amazon S3. The backend runs on AWS Lambda in the ap-south-2 (India) region. On the device, only hashed tokens and basic preferences are stored.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell user data to advertisers.

Data Sharing

Patient data is shared only with the respective doctor for consultation purposes. Doctor information is visible to patients for booking consultations. Data is processed by AWS, Google, and Agora strictly to provide core app functionality.

Data Security

Passwords are stored in hashed format. All communication between the app and servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We follow industry-standard practices to protect user data.

Data Retention

We retain medical records and user data as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable healthcare regulations. Users may request data deletion by contacting us.

Your Rights

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the email below.

Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for adults. Medical data of minors should only be managed by a legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
